Flowers can be added to beverages as flavourings, they are added to spreads such as butter or fruit preserves, marinades and dressings. They can be eaten as part of a main dish or be incorporated into salads.
Our distinctive culinary leaves are pesticide free and unwashed for freshness. Where necessary an absorbent pad is used to take up excess moisture to aid shelf life.
